H&M är inte bara för kläder.

I am totally sold on H&M makeup. Not only they are affordable but they are of really good quality too.

I have been using Clinique, Urban Decay, Chanel and Smashbox for the longest time. It wasn't until I was at H&M this week where I tried their foundation, lipgloss, eyeliner, and mascara. I didn't think they were going to impress me. Boy, was I wrong!

I got all these for a total of 198 SEK (about $30). What a steal!!

I used to spend at least $40 just for a good foundation alone from one of  those designer brands. The thing that I love about H&M foundation is that it provides the coverage that I want. You can build up until you get the coverage that you want without the feeling like you have makeup on your skin. I am in loove with it and the foundation is definitely my favorite.

Their lipgloss are great too. They have many types available and I picked the one with the lightest texture so I can apply over any lipstick/cream that I want for glossy effects.

I am not really a mascara girl because my lashes are hopeless. I do use mascara once in a while but not on a daily basis.

Since I have a wedding to attend tomorrow which lasts all day, I thought here's an opportunity to give my lashes some volume and apply some falsies, which is why I got them in the first place.

I'll put them on tomorrow and let you know how it goes!

Semlor

One of my favorite things about Sweden is the fika culture. I am not very good at explaining what fika is so I am going to let you google it and find out for yourself.

We fika (v.) a lot in Sweden it is ridiculous. It has become a part of my daily life, except that I do not do the coffee anf tea part, which always pushes me to the children table for läsk (soda) or saft (concentrated juice mixed with water).

I had the chance to hang out with the Systers today. We decided to fika at one of the cafés here. Semlor are back in season and I have been eating them pretty much on a regular basis (I am just embarrassed to say every week, lol).

I really need to stop eating them but they are soooo good. I recently noticed that have quite a variety of semlor at Lindahl's. Original, vanilla cream, lactose-free, low-fat, and many others.

I hate the original semla so that rules out the fattest one. I knew I should have taken the low-fat semla but I got the vanilla one instead.

I am never going on a diet like this, lol.
